FiberMax Composite Crane Pads

Lightweight, high-strength FiberMax Crane Pads for mobile cranes. Available in Ohio, supporting customers nationwide.

Description

The FiberMax Composite Crane Pads are high-performance outrigger crane mats engineered to provide exceptional strength and stability for mobile cranes and heavy equipment. Constructed from Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP), these crane pads offer strength and stiffness comparable to steel crane mats, yet are up to 60% lighter. This innovative design significantly reduces transportation expenses and helps crews save time during setup and breakdown.

FiberMax Crane Pads are resistant to fluids, chemicals, and ultraviolet exposure, ensuring they do not rust, rot, or degrade—even in extreme weather or maritime environments. With a minimum service life of 20 years, these composite crane mats are ideal for supporting large lifting equipment with reaction forces exceeding 100,000 lbs, and are rated for loads up to 400,000 lbs and crush ratings as high as 1,000 psi. Standard hardware options such as D-Rings, lifting lugs, and stack & pin systems provide flexibility in the field.

These pads are available in Circleville, Ohio, with service and parts support for customers across the U.S. We support construction, utility, and related industries with equipment sales, expert support, and replacement parts for all makes and models of mobile cranes and ground support equipment.
