TSE DP100 Drum Puller
The TSE DP100 Drum Puller is a trailer-mounted hydrostatic puller for utility line stringing. Sales, service & parts available nationwide.
The TSE DP100 Drum Puller is a robust, trailer-mounted solution engineered for handling synthetic pilot rope during transmission and distribution line stringing throughout the United States. Powered by a 173-horsepower Tier IV diesel engine, this single-drum puller delivers consistent, hydrostatic operation with infinite linepull control from zero to maximum rated performance. The system includes dual independent hydraulic drives, spring-applied/hydraulic-released holding brakes, a boom-type levelwind for even drum winding, and a hydraulic caliper/bronze disc brake for precise tension control.
Built to manage heavy workloads, the DP100 offers a 10,000 lb continuous line pull, handling up to 21,000 feet of 1-inch synthetic rope at up to 4 mph. Its high-capacity drum, rugged construction, and intuitive controls offer reliability for utility professionals working on demanding power line projects. The unit comes equipped and ready for line stringing applications, and its ease of use ensures efficient deployment and recovery of pilot rope.
