Versalift VTP-40-NE Cable Placer

Cable placer with 40 ft working height and 500 lb platform capacity. Supported by UTE sales, parts, and service across the US.

Description

The Versalift VTP-40-NE is a cable placer designed for utility and telecommunications applications requiring controlled cable handling and stable aerial access. It provides a 40-foot working height with a horizontal reach of 29 feet 7 inches, supporting efficient placement and maintenance of aerial cable. The 32 x 32 inch platform offers a 500-pound capacity, allowing operators to manage tools and materials safely during cable installation tasks.

The VTP-40-NE uses full-pressure hydraulic single-stick controls and a closed-center PTO-driven hydraulic system to support predictable operation and long service intervals. Optional configurations—including multiple fairlead styles, auxiliary winches, and reel handling options—allow the unit to be configured for varied cable placing requirements. The design prioritizes durability, straightforward operation, and ease of maintenance in daily field use.

UTE provides sales, parts, service, and technical support for the Versalift VTP-40-NE throughout the United States. Customers rely on UTE for OEM parts access, experienced equipment support, and service resources that help keep cable placing equipment working reliably in the field.
